Max number of transaction in the pending sub-pool

§basefee_limit: SubPoolLimit

Max number of transaction in the basefee sub-pool

§queued_limit: SubPoolLimit

Max number of transaction in the queued sub-pool

§blob_limit: SubPoolLimit

Max number of transactions in the blob sub-pool

§max_account_slots: usize

Max number of executable transaction slots guaranteed per account

§price_bumps: PriceBumpConfig

Price bump (in %) for the transaction pool underpriced check.

§minimal_protocol_basefee: u64

Minimum base fee required by the protocol.

§gas_limit: u64

The max gas limit for transactions in the pool
