reth::payload

Struct EthBuiltPayload

pub struct EthBuiltPayload { /* private fields */ }
Expand description

Contains the built payload.

According to the engine API specification the execution layer should build the initial version of the payload with an empty transaction set and then keep update it in order to maximize the revenue. Therefore, the empty-block here is always available and full-block will be set/updated afterward.

Implementations§

§

impl EthBuiltPayload

pub const fn new( id: PayloadId, block: Arc<SealedBlock>, fees: Uint<256, 4>, executed_block: Option<ExecutedBlock>, requests: Option<Requests>, ) -> EthBuiltPayload

Initializes the payload with the given initial block

Caution: This does not set any BlobTransactionSidecar.

pub const fn id(&self) -> PayloadId

Returns the identifier of the payload.

pub fn block(&self) -> &SealedBlock

Returns the built block(sealed)

pub const fn fees(&self) -> Uint<256, 4>

Fees of the block

pub fn sidecars(&self) -> &[BlobTransactionSidecar]

Returns the blob sidecars.

pub fn extend_sidecars( &mut self, sidecars: impl IntoIterator<Item = BlobTransactionSidecar>, )

Adds sidecars to the payload.

pub fn with_sidecars( self, sidecars: impl IntoIterator<Item = BlobTransactionSidecar>, ) -> EthBuiltPayload

Same as Self::extend_sidecars but returns the type again.
